meet Monica
Monica D. Dandridge, lovingly known as "Ms. Dee," is a devoted woman of faith with a heart filled with compassion for others and a calling to serve God's people. As a mother to one son, Monica lives out her purpose by sharing prophetic words of wisdom inspired by the Holy Spirit and writing with depth and sincerity. Her mission is clear: to uplift others, especially women, through a biblical lens on life’s challenges, with a strong emphasis on building relationships rooted in righteousness. She brings the message of the gospel wherever she goes, often saying, “My heart is set on raising up unbreakable disciples.”
Monica has received dedicated ministerial training, having completed three years at Faith Landmark Bible Institute in Richmond, VA, graduating in 2019. Alongside her ministry, she brings over 25 years of experience in the corporate world as an administrative professional, with expertise spanning in Human Resources, Banking, Mortgage, and Healthcare, but not limited to. Monica has impressive creative talents as well. Her background allows her to uniquely empower others to step boldly into their God-given purpose.
Having walked through many fiery trials, Monica has first hand testimonies that inspire and strengthen another's faith. She relates her journey to stories like the woman with the issue of blood and Daniel in the bible; knowing God has truly gifted her for such a time as this. Known for her powerful, straightforward wisdom, Monica is a prayer warrior dedicated to seeing others freed from bondage. Stay connected with this faithful woman of God who keeps it real—always.
